If you purchase any paid Services, you agree to pay the fees indicated. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur by using the Services. Winfra Buildtech will bill you using the payment method you provide. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement, fees paid are non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Winfra Buildtech reserves the right to change prices at any time. We will notify you of any price changes, and continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
Winfra Buildtech may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services shall immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
