Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
  • Prepare and execute production schedules while coordinating with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores departments.
  • Oversee manufacturing operations including fabrication, welding, assembly, coating, inspection, and dispatch.
  • Ensure production processes comply with approved drawings, specifications, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Monitor productivity, machine utilization, rejection rates, and rework to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support quality assurance activities, internal audits, CAPA implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction programs to optimize production performance.
  • Lead, train, and supervise production teams while maintaining high standards of safety, discipline, and productivity.
  • Maintain production reports, MIS, inventory records, and performance dashboards to track operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies while promoting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
