Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment, storage tanks, fabrication, or EPC projects.s
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.t
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production reporting.
  • Understanding of quality management systems, safety standards, and process improvement techniques.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, or industrial project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily plant operations to ensure smooth production and project execution.
  • Coordinate with Production, Projects, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and Stores for seamless workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Track project progress, installation activities, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain operational records, MIS reports, inventory status, and production documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure effective communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients for successful project delivery.
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
